My Client is a Legal 500 recognised legal practice and are a specialist Personal Injury Law Firm, Due to expansion and the opening of a new office they are looking to appoint a Fee Earner within the Personal Injury to join their Newcastle office

The role;

Your primary responsibility in this Claims Handler role is to take on initial client claims in relation to road traffic, personal injury and vehicle damage matters.

You will look after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients, be articulate, have a strong communication skill set to be able to handle complex claims, as well as having the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients and third parties.

Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace means taking ownership of your caseload is essential

The candidate

You will have knowledge and understand of personal injury, insurance and ability to value claims, you will have excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail and communication skills. Ideally experience of credit hire and credit repair systems.
