Commercial Property Paralegal

My client is a large regional law firm that With four UK offices and a partnership with a new model firm in the US, now seek to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant to work at their Chester office.

Within this role you will work exclusively with a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, dealing with development work, plot sales and general commercial property transactions whilst assisting with busy caseloads consisting of commercial property matters.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within commercial property handling purchases and sales from start to completion, be a high academic achiever and be able to multi task and prioritise their workload.

This role offers a salary dependant upon experience.
