A leading and top ranked law firm with a national presence and wide network of clients, and it is now looking for an experienced court of protection lawyer who can handle a varied case load of high value and complex transactions. The team is regarded exceptional and is one of the leading court of protection groups in central London.

Taking a lead role where necessary, the successful court of protection lawyer will move into a collegiate and fast past team with a lot of support. The work will include, personal injury, this includes complex brain injury work, as well as trusts. This is an exciting role offering both contentious and non-contentious matters, and exposure to a large and high profile client base.

Applications are invited from candidates with at least 2 years PQE, who have trained and qualified with another well-regarded court of protection practice.
