The Funds group at this global heavyweight practice are amongst the premier offerings in the region, advising multinational clients on a broad and diverse range of fund formations, with a particular focus on foreign-sponsored PE funds and secondaries funds.
As the practice continues to grow, the Firm are interested in speaking with mid-level Funds associates who have strong experience in Investment and PE Funds. Mandarin skills are essential for this role, and applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent Mandarin drafting skills. The successful applicant will have gained excellent experience in Funds work at either a leading regional heavyweight or international practice.
