THE ROLE
Within the firm's renowned dispute resolution team which deals with both international and UK focussed commercial litigation work.
The team handles a full gamut of work to include banking and financial services litigation, insolvency, fraud and asset tracing, as well as IP disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, enforcement cases and regulatory investigations.
Much of the work has an international flavour, acting either for overseas clients or UK companies with business disputes in the US or Europe.
ABOUT YOU
This role will best suit a commercial litigation associate with 2-4pqe, who has top academics with training and experience gained at a Magic, Silver Circle, US or major regional practice.
This is a role for a talented litigator looking to work in a collegial team for one of the most popular firms in the City.
