In-house Commercial Lawyer
Cheltenham
A rapidly expanding international technology company with a stellar client base of global brands are looking to appoint a Commercial Lawyer to support further growth. Based in their head office in Cheltenham you will work closely with the Head of Legal on a broad range of legal matters and will be fully supported to develop your career in-house.
You will quickly have a high level of visibility across the business providing day to day support to the senior management team in the UK and internationally. This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and supporting the commercial team with key projects.
You may be currently working in private practice looking to move in-house or working in-house looking to join a fast paced, growing business. Either way you will need excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across the business and have the ability to think outside the box to come up with solutions to support key business decisions.
