Construction Lawyer – In-house
9-12 month FTC
An excellent commercially focused senior In-house Legal opportunity to work for this UK market leading subsidiary of a Global business on an interim basis. Working together with their highly professional In-house legal team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.
This is an exciting and varied opportunity playing a key role acting as direct point of contact to the business in relation to a wide range of construction and general commercial legal matters. This role will offer mainly non-contentious work but may also include advising the business on disputes as and when they arise.
Your will need a proven track record in working with various standard form construction contracts and commercial experience in negotiation of consultant appointments, JV agreements, shareholder agreements, collateral warranties ad letters of reliance. Ability to work autonomously with strong communication ability across all levels of business.
