The private banking arm of this international bank are looking for a junior lawyer to join their transactional legal team, supporting all lending activity.
This is an excellent opportunity that will see you running deals and working closely with the business from the inception of a deal.
You will likely be in the Property Finance/Banking team of a top City firm, with experience in secured lending, dealing with standard LMA and security documentation. A minimum of 12 months PQE is essential.
