Securitisation / Structured Finance Lawyer, 3+

This global wealth manager is looking for a securitisation lawyer to join the Transaction Management Group of their Corporate Trust business. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating highly complex documentation, advising on deals from inception/structuring to closing.

You will have trained and qualified at a Top City Firm and have solid experience in Securitisation products such as ABSs, Conduits, CDOs /CLOs, repacks.
