Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• assistance with contentious matters, including formal litigation
• managing external counsel
• preparing legal operational documents
• supporting the HR function

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience

• Excellent Microsoft office skills in WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT are essential;

• Good understanding of contract and commercial law;

• Ability to draft and review commercial contracts;

• Strong organisational skills, with eye for detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines;

• Communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships with employees;

• Tolerance and respect for different cultures;

• Flexible, pro-active and fast-learning;

• Open-minded and ability to communicate easily and efficiently;

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Fluency in German and English
