Our client, a leading international finance organisation, are seeking a Paralegal to join their team.
Candidates will have a minimum 2:1 from a well-regarded university with previous finance experience.
The role will involve:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
- Continuous updating of legal standard transactional documentation
- Assisting lawyers with a wide range of work on matters relating to trade and asset finance, art finance, banking facilities and company secretarial.
- Coordination of legal actions (as assigned by the lawyer)
- Management of corporate legal issues for branches and companies together with corporate filings
- Assisting in legal training projects;
- Proof-reading, legal researching and summarising information.
- Internal recordkeeping
- Due diligence.
- General administrative duties
Candidates must be fully available for interview.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract so would suit candidate with training contracts secured in 2019/2020
