Litigation Executive
An opportunity has arisen in Bristol for a Personal Injury Solicitor looking to join a market leading law firm.
My client is looking to expand its RTA team with the appointment of an additional Personal Injury Executive, where you will have full responsibility for your own portfolio of fast track litigated RTA claims and you will be required to work as part of a leading team of highly skilled solicitors dealing with all aspects of the claim from inception through to settlement including undertaking your own advocacy.
You will be a qualified Legal Executive with solid experience of handling your own case load of Claimant personal injury cases in a legal or insurance environment and strong knowledge and practical experience of handling a case load of MOJ portal personal injury.
