My client, a leading firm with offices across the South West are looking to recruit an Employment Litigation Solicitor to join the Employment team in South Wales.
 
The Employment Department handle claims for both Claimant’s and Respondent’s and the successful candidate must have at least 1 year's experience of dealing with Employment law cases. 
 
The main tasks will include (but are not limited to):

• Assessing prospects of success of employment claims initially and on an ongoing basis
• Reviewing and evaluating employment tribunal claims
• Negotiating claims to a successful outcome through the most efficient and economic means
• Assisting the Partner in maximising opportunities for non-reportable complaints and taking an active role in resolving them.
