A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for a finance director to join one of Warwickshire's leading law firm's on a permanent, full time basis. If you are a legal finance director and you are looking for a fresh challenge, then this could definitely be the opportunity for you. 
 
Based in Leamington Spa, you will report to the operations and finance member in the firm on a range of financial matters including; providing accurate financial management information on all aspects of the firms finances, ensuring correct implementation of accounting standards and implementing any changes, managing a team of legal cashiers, credit controllers, facilities and IT staff, along with supporting the operations and finance member. 
 
Your key responsibilities within this finance director role will be:

• Providing detailed monthly reports comparing results to previous years and budget, along with forecasting the results for the next financial year
• Provide statements and balance sheets for the practices accountants and banks
• Provide monthly reviews and update of the partners capital plan and cash-flow
• Providing a three year forecast of the funding needs of the partnership
• Preparing a two year budget report 

In order to be considered for this finance director position, you must have a management accountant qualification, have significant experience of professional partnerships, preferably solicitors, have excellent report writing skills, including excel, you must have knowledge of the SAR and experience of staff management.
