Lexcel accredited and long-established firm in Leamington Spa are now seeking a Rural Property Lawyer on a 6-month fixed term contract.

It provides legal services to clients within both individual and commercial divisions and employs Lawyers who are experts in their chosen fields. Now recruiting for a Rural Property Lawyer work in its Leamington Spa office, this is an opportune time to join the team.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rural Property Lawyer to join a highly-regarded firm on a fixed term contract for 6 months (June to January) in Leamington Spa. The successful Lawyer should possess 8 + years PQE gained in a Property department of a reputable firm, experience in agriculture is preferable although the right candidate with a genuine interest in this area will be considered. The role consists of a high-quality caseload of mid and high value rural property transactions which include: purchases; auctions; sales; complex Land Registry registrations and; assisting Private Wealth in the administration of property matters for deceased estates.
The role will also involve some supervision of junior members of the team, assisting and guiding them through low to mid value transactions.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 8 + years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm;
Experience gained in Agriculture or possessing a genuine interest in this area;
Seeking a temporary position on a six-month fixed term contract (June to January);
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Ability to work proactively as part of the team as well as on own initiative;
