Corporate Trust Lawyer, 3+

This global wealth manager is looking for a structured finance lawyer to join the legal team that supports their Corporate Trust business.

In this role you will advise on complex transactional and advisory matters across the EMEA region, supporting various lines of businesses including straight debt, CDOs, Repacks, ABS/MBS, Custody, Project Finance and Structured Finance.  You will be required to negotiate a broad range of documents, provide advice in relation to transaction restructurings, instruct and manage external counsels, and advise on regulatory matters.

You will have trained at a top City firm and have gained a minimum of 3 years' PQE with debt and debt-related transactions including mortgage- and asset-backed securitisations, repackagings, collateralised debt/loan obligations, structured investment vehicles and conduits, project finance transactions and other forms of structured finance transactions.  Experience in representing trustees, collateral administrators and custodians in transactional matters would be ideal.
