Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive.
 
A forward-thinking, full service law firm are recruiting into their established real estate team and searching for a NQ-4 year qualified commercial property solicitor to join them in Exeter. 
 
Your caseload will be broad to include advising on: freehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, commercial and residential property development, including development agreements, options and overage, secured lending work, corporate support, restaurants and hotels – buying, selling and leasing. 
 
You will work alongside a senior partner, who will provide work for you, for the time being. In the future you will be expected to go out and find new revenue streams via your own connections and business development efforts.
