We're looking for a CILEX / LPC qualified paralegal to join the highly regarded, award winning Private Client team of our client's Kingston-Upon-Thames office.
This is a role that carries a high level of responsibility as you will be requested to support Partners and Solicitors while managing your own case load which will include:
- Administration of Estates
- Assist solicitors with administration of high value and complex estates
- Wills
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Registration of Enduirng Powers of Attorney
- Applications to the Court of Protection
Ideally, you should be an enthusiastic Paralegal able to demonstrate previous employment experience within Professional Services.
