Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor.
My client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who wants the opportunity to work towards Partner level.
This established law firm based in their Poole office are looking for Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor to join their successful and growing commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of HNW commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements. A knowledge of Housing Association Law would be an advantage.
Your role as a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor will involve:
• Ability to build up a caseload and supervise junior members of the team
• Genuine career progression to work towards Partnership
• Be active in business development and networking
