a Senior Private Client Solicitor is wanted for excellent opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Lincoln. Salary is up to £45K dependant on experience.

My client is a full service law firm who has a solid reputation in the marketplace. They are looking to recruit a 5 years+ PQE Private Client Solicitor to provide expertise in all areas of Preparation of Wills, including those utilising trusts to assist with more complex family situations; Inheritance tax planning; LPAs; Court of Protection practice; Administration of taxable and non taxable estates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a full case load and will be expected to contribute fully to business development events across the region. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential, as is the ability to work well as part of an established team.

You will be at least 5 Years' PQE and be STEP qualified and have experience within Wills, Powers of Attorney, Tax, Planning, Court of Protection, Estate Administration and Trusts
