A US law firm well established in the City of London.
THE ROLE
The London office is now looking to hire an associate with 3-4pqe for its Structured Finance group.
The successful candidate will have strong academic qualifications as well as relevant structured finance and securitisation experience and will have acted for trustees.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a working knowledge of structured finance and securitisation documents and will be required to review and draft debt facilities, note purchase agreements, note terms and conditions, trust deeds, security documents, inter-creditor agreements and asset servicing agreements.
