An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced investment funds lawyer to join a newly created Irish entity, as Head of Legal. The successful applicant will report directly to the Country Manager and will oversee all legal aspects of the Irish business.
Key requirements:
- At least 5 years PQE within investment funds with an excellent understanding of the UCITS framework
- Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders across Europe, facing off to relevant regulators as required
- Experience negotiating and drafting funds agreements and distribution agreements
- A desire to be part of a growing, ambitious, dynamic business
