Paralegal

Your new company
A leading logistics organisation are seeking a commercial paralegal to join their growing legal department.

Your new role
Reporting to the UK Legal Director, you will support with corporate and commercial matters, compliance, property and generalist legal work. You will solely be responsible for company secretarial matters, including, updating statutory registers, year end accounts, annual compliance, Companies House filings.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 years experience as Assistant company secretary and have worked in a large legal team as a paralegal
