Property Solicitor - Residential & Commercial

My client, a well-known firm of Solicitors based in Buckinghamshire is looking to bring on-board a Property Solicitor/Lawyer experienced in property development work to join their growing team. This firm will be looking to recruit someone with a solid residential and commercial property grounding.

The successful candidate will have an extensive background in Property Conveyancing with at least 3 years PQE and have experience running their own caseload, handling high volumes of transactions and dealing with various matters and complex transactions.

You will be comfortable developing new sources of potential business therefore an ambitious and warming character would be essential. This role will have supervisory elements to the role and experience of supervising peers and junior colleagues would be beneficial.
