Firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor or a Legal Executive who is up for a challenging and rewarding job opportunity that offers genuine scope for progression.
This Legal 500 Hull based law firm is rapidly expanding, resulting in its need to add two ambitious Corporate Solicitors NQ-5 PQE or Legal Executives to its team of four. However, my client is also open to applications at associate or partner level.
You will be responsible for high calibre corporate transactions for a wide range of the firm’s clients including PLCs, family businesses, charities and education providers. You will be exposed to high value big ticket transactions to include M&A, joint ventures and share sales from the day you start.
