A Conveyancing Legal Assistant position has arisen for a Regional firm based in Sutton Coldfield. I am looking for a junior level candidate that is seeking to progress into a Conveyancing position.

On a day to day basis you will support the Conveyancing Team Manager covering all elements of the conveyancing transaction. The conveyancing department handles the full range of transactions from straightforward sales and purchases to equity release, lease extensions and specialist finance. You will be expected to run your own small caseload of files.

Operating for over 20 years within the Birmingham region, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and experience. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.

Ideally you will have excellent knowledge and experience of Residential Conveyancing. I am seeking application from candidates that have at least 6 month's experience.
