This dynamic but long established practice and legal 500 firm is seeking to add to their corporate commercial offering with the appointment of a corporate commercial solicitor around 2-5 years post qualification experience.
 
The firm is forward thinking, innovative and prides itself on a professional yet personal approach in addition to providing outstanding commercial services. You would be working alongside a senior solicitor but you will need to capacity to hit the ground running picking up a challenging but varied caseload. Your work will be comprised of mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements and IP matters.
 
To be considered for this corporate commercial solicitor opportunity you must have at least two years post qualification experience with an excellent academic track record and working background. You must have excellent communication skills and a high level of technical ability.
