The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Family Lawyer (2+ PQE) to join their excellent, award winning Family Law department in Brighton, East Sussex.

The Family Law department deals with a wide range of interesting, varied work, including in Divorce and Separation, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation, Mediation, Children Law, Finance, Domestic Violence, and Pre-Nuptial Agreements.

The department has a very modern, fresh outlook to the law, encouraging their clients to negotiate, saving them time, money and stress, but do also go through the courts when required. They believe in one size not fitting all, and are very flexible, with a healthy outlook to being progressive and non-traditional, making them very good to work for if you are eager to find a slightly alternative firm to work for.

This role will provide you with an exciting opportunity to travel to the firm's other offices, including in London.
