My client is a full-service law firm with clients across both public and private sectors. They have a traditional setting with state of the art offices in Havant.

The team focuses on a wide range of Private Divorce, Family and Children matters, including: Separation, Pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements, Post-nuptial and post-civil partnership agreements, Cohabitation, and cohabitation agreements, Issues involving children - including contact and residence disputes, frequently with cross-border implications, and International enforcement of maintenance and financial orders.

Applications are invited from Family Solicitors who have 2+ years PQE and have worked in a similar well-regarded department. It is essential that candidates have a strong academic background with an intelligent and understanding approach to Family work.
