Are you a Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner who is keen to join a prestigious, market leading firm?
The rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner to join the specialist abuse department of a Legal 100 firm.
The successful candidate will have experience handling their own caseload of personal injury claims and either had exposure of abuse claims or an interest in developing a specialism in this type of work. Your caseload will include historical sexual abuse and neglect claims, and you will be acting on behalf of a range of clients including charities and insurers.
Experience dealing with defendant claims is advantageous but those from a claimant background will also be considered. The firm will also provide the successful candidate with invaluable training and support, as well as great scope for progression.
Due to the types of work you Would be dealing with, a compassionate and sympathetic nature is extremely important, as well as a genuine passion for abuse claims.
