Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client, a Legal 500 firm based in Bath are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 Years PQE.

The daily duties of the Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Letting/ Renting, Re-Mortgaging and Residential Leases on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties. You will also take part in helping the department continue to develop and grow.

The successful Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor will possess at least 3 Years experience within Conveyancing and be comfortable working under minimal supervision and picking up a pre-existing caseload. Additionally you will possess excellent communication skills and be a motivated and ambitious Conveyancer who is confident dealing with clients.
