Our client, a Legal 500 firm based in Bath are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with at least 5 Years PQE to join their well established Commercial Property department.
The daily activities of the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will include handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Commercial Property Developments, Property Investments and Landlord & Tenant transactions.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally possess at least 5 Years PQE within Commercial Property but applicants with similar PQE are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, you will also have a general understanding of Commercial/ Company law.
