In House Research Contracts

Our client is a well-known and highly respected research organisation based in south west London. Our client is looking for experienced contract managers to join the team on a permanent basis and assist with following duties:

• Draft, review, negotiate and conclude (through to approval for signature) clinical trials-related contracts on behalf of various stakeholders including contracts with commercial and non-commercial sponsors and associated laboratory research contracts;
• Maintain a working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice and guidelines governing clinical research;
• Review and develop new template agreements as required to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements; and
• Negotiate and agree routine agreements such as material transfer agreement and confidentiality agreements relating to clinical trials

This is rather unusual opportunity to use existing contract management experience (gained in other industries) to develop a career in research and clinical trials. Excellent opportunity.
