Our client is a Top 100 UK Law firm based in the heart of Cardiff. This leading law firm provide services to a wide range of business and individuals and are known for their friendly and approachable attitude whilst remaining commercial and innovative. The firm boasts a number of Tier 1 rankings in the directories, which includes the property litigation team.

Your new role
You will be joining an experienced and specialist property litigation team which is partner led. You will be undertaking a wide range of property litigation predominantly in the portfolio management field managing contentious files which will include rent and service charge disputes, breaches of covenant enforcement, lease renewal litigation, forfeiture and possession proceedings. The team work with some high profile, national clients in both the private and public sector.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a talented junior lawyer with litigation experience. Our client are looking for junior level candidates from NQ to around 5 PQE. You should have good academics and have trained at a well respected regional firm. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills and be able to use initiative to work alone as well as provide ideas to the team.
