They are now in the process of recruiting for an Employment Solicitor for their Business Support Department based in their Leamington Spa office.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to manage their own caseload of employment matters at a thriving firm. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with at least four years’ PQE and solid employment experience. The successful Employment Solicitor will undertake duties to include: dispute resolution; tribunal and Court representation; drafting contracts; general work advising clients (claimant and defendant) and; billing and debtors management. Additionally, you will advise clients on the employment aspects of business transfers and TUPE. Compliance with the SRA Account Rules, SRA Code of Conduct and other regulatory bodies will be essential in the role.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 Years’ PQE with a strong background in Employment law.
Demonstrate strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.

The successful applicant must have a driving license and access to a car.
Be aware of cybersecurity issues and data protection.
Work well in a team as well as independently.
Have a flair for business development.
