Leading US Law Firm expanding their London offering in their Investment Banking and Asset Finance space by investing in the growth of the Leveraged Finance team.
The team is lean and high performing, you would be exposed to large scale matters and would be expected to hit the ground running and take on a full range of matters rapidly.
This role has a long term Partner track due to the nature of the growth of the overall practice, this is a fantastic opportunity to get in the door and forge a long term career within a premier US firm.
What is being sought is primarily an experienced Associate with a Leveraged Finance background. However, candidates with experience in Credit Funds, Restructuring, SPecialist Financing and Fund Financing will also be considered.
You will be expected to have stellar academics, a training contract with a leading UK or US firm and the prerequisite experience in an appropriate sector.
