Leading practice in Godalming is now looking for a proactive Private Client Lawyer to take on interesting caseload.

They are now seeking a Private Client Lawyer for full-time work in Godalming, Surrey.

The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic Private Client Lawyer to join a thriving team of lawyers, undertaking an existing full and challenging caseload in Godalming, Surrey. Acting for clients and managing a varied caseload of private client work including Estate and trust administration; International matters; Will drafting; preparing lasting Powers of Attorneys; Inheritance Tax; applications for deputyship; and dealing with elderly client services. Additionally, the successful Private Client Lawyer will be keen to take on some business development and marketing initiatives within the department, ensuring the sustained growth of the firm. You will also be able to supervise a small team as part of your workload.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Be able to handle Private Client matters to meet key deadlines.
Possess top class client skills.
STEP qualification would be advantageous.
Have a flair for business development and networking.
Ability to supervise and manage a team is desirable, but not essential.
