The Role:
You would have a proven background and demonstrable enthusiasm for Private Client work.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the preparation of Wills; fundamental principles of inheritance, capital gains and income tax and their application in an estate planning context; the formation, administration and taxation of trusts; administration of estates (including administration of Will trusts) variations of estates; the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney; providing specialist advice for elderly clients. The ability and willingness to learn and manage workload in an efficient and organised manner will be at the forefront of the successful candidate's skill set.
Requirements
- You will be a Private Client Solicitor (2-6 years PQE)
- You should have excellent communication skills and work well within a team
- You will receive excellent training, support, and prospects
- The STEP qualification would be preferred but is not essential.
- Salary is competitive, plus an excellent benefits package and lucrative bonus structure
