Employment Lawyer sought for Legal 500 firm in Northampton to manage own caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.

The services they provide have been rated within the Legal 500 and range from Banking and Finance to Private Client and Wealth Management. They pride themselves on always keeping the client informed and communicating in plain English whilst treating each client as an individual. Owing to sustained success, they are now seeking to add to their team an Employment Lawyer for their Northampton office.
The Role
Managing mainly a respondent caseload, this is an ideal opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to cover all aspects of Employment law, involving both contentious and non-contentious matters. Your duties may include: contracts of employment and handbooks; absence and performance management; discipline and conduct; disputes in the High Court and Employment Tribunal claims; restrictive covenants; TUPE; restructuring and redundancy; collective agreements and industrial relations; termination of employment and settlement agreements; data protection; equality and diversity; investigations and; pensions and benefits. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Employment Lawyers with 2 – 3 years’ PQE from a reputable firm.
Technically adept, you will have excellent knowledge in all aspects of Employment law.
Ideally, you will possess exceptional client care skills.
With strong organisational skills, you will have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
You will take a proactive approach.
