The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join our client’s leading practice in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Successful applicants will be qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have a strong background in a reputable property department. Working alongside an experienced team, you will be able to handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines. Your duties will include: freehold and leasehold property matters; submitting and reviewing searches; re-mortgages; new build; obtaining Land Registry documents and; sales and purchases. Additional experience handling city leasehold work is essential. The successful Conveyancing lawyer will be willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.

The Candidate
Ideally, a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Strong background in a Conveyancing department and additional experience in London leasehold work is essential.

Be commercial aware, with excellent client skills.
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
Work well within a team and on own initiative.
