Our client is highly respected City firm with an excellent reputation for providing full service commercial advice. The Investment Management team are looking for 2 paralegals to assist on a 12 month or permanent basis. You must have excellent academics (LPC / 2.1 / ABB) and previous commercial experience in either a City firm or in-house legal team. Key duties will include: preparing FCA application and notification forms; processing amendments to key fund documents; assisting with the coordination of transactions, including private equity fund closings and secondary deals; and contact with clients and the FCA by telephone. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term role with a top-tier City player.
