In-House Lawyer

Are you interested in a move to a large in-house legal team? An in-house lawyer is required by a large professional services organisation based in Cheshire. The role would suit a lawyer with 1-3 years PQE or a newly qualified lawyer with previous commercial contract experience.

You will form part of a large team with lawyers to support you at all levels. You will also help to negotiate high value contracts as part of your role providing good quality experience for an in-house lawyer of this level.

The environment is supportive and ideal for an in-house lawyer who wishes to develop their commercial skill set.

The role will include:

- Negotiating high value commercial agreements
- Advising sales and commercial teams on new business and supporting this process
- Ensuring compliance across the business with agreed processes
- Assisting with contentious matters
