Senior Litigation Legal Assistant. 
 
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a legal assistant to join a top tier, international law firm based in Birmingham city centre. Looking for someone who has experience working within defendant insurance.
 
Within this role, you will join a specialise defendant insurance team on a permanent, full time basis providing high quality service to clients on a full range of defendant insurance matters. In this role, your key duties will include:

• Assisting the head of the team and other senior members
• Dealing with clients and third parties 
• Assisting with monthly billing, all client specific billing and other financial transactions
• Maintaining good file management
• General admin tasks

In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least 12-18 months experience working on contentious work, preferably within a motor liability department and have experience dealing with small and fast track claims, have an ability to run your own caseload, be confident using online systems and Microsoft packages.
