Candidates with Financial Services, Data Entry or Customer Service experience sought for an exciting position as a Data Gatherer based in the Gatwick area

The Client:

You will be working with an international consultancy firm at a well known financial institution.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate data relevant to the scoped customer complaint
  • Check steps required from instruction given
  • Check relevant folders from robot requests and for any returns from 3rd parties
  • Run all manual checks for data
  • Ensure no gaps exist
  • Check that end-to-end chain is complete and that no data is missing
  • Ensure data is sufficient for Investigations and redress

  • Good analytical and letter writing skills and good attention to detail
