Construction Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a leading law firm based in the South West of England, with an excellent reputation and highly ranked by the leading legal directories.

THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for a construction and engineering lawyer to join an outstanding, highly ranked team working for both national and international clients.

You will be working within a variety of sectors such as energy and development, construction procurement, real estate development, infrastructure and transport responsible from contracts to complex claims handling a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious work.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered you will have 3PQE+ with solid evidence of good quality training and construction or wider commercial experience gained from a top national or regional firm ideally within the energy sector.

Experienced in handling construction contracts and procurement, you will ideally have gained some experience in the supervision of junior lawyers.

Candidates who are Scottish qualified will also be of interest and the firm will support and fund successful candidates to become dual qualified.
