Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer to join their office in Lagos, Nigeria. The team are reputable for advising international clients on matters such as; mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets, private equity and investment agreements, non-contentious insolvency work, shareholder agreements and franchising. They are also top tier on legal 500 for their knowledge in the corporate market.
The team are seeking a corporate lawyer with 8-15 PQE. You must have experience in; mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance and general contracting. you will be able to handle a full and varied caseload of non-contentious Corporate and Commercial matters in order to provide strategic advice to a large portfolio of clients that have been retained by this entrepreneurial firm.
