This firm is now recruiting for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to work in their office in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join a widely renowned firm at their office in Spalding. The successful Solicitor should have at least 2 years’ PQE gained in the relevant sector of a reputable firm. With the ability to carry out the role with excellent time management you will be able to perform the role to a high standard with minimal supervision, whilst also assisting Partners with complex matters. The role consists of an interesting and high-quality caseload which may include: assisting farms to grow their business; shooting leases; CAP schemes; co-ownership issues and; drafting and negotiating.
The firm places a large focus on building solid and lasting relationships with clients, therefore a Solicitor who has proven excellent client care skills is essential.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained in Agricultural Property;
Ability to proactively work independently but also work alongside Partners dealing with complex matters;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Outstanding time management and organisational skills;
Willing to participate in business development and networking opportunities;
Desire to broaden knowledge and continuing professional development.
