This US industrial conglomerate is seeking a senior PRC-qualified lawyer to be based in Shanghai to support its China operations. This is a true generalist role, handling a wide remit including general commercial/corporate, labor & employment, litigation, IP management, regulatory and compliance work. Ideally, you have a JD with at least 8 years’ relevant PQE with both a law firm and an MNC. Experience with multinational business is highly desirable. Complete fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. REF: 14456/TTL
