A rare opportunity has arisen for an In-House Legal Counsel to join an international organisation in their Kuwait office. The company is involved across many sectors, operating in numerous countries worldwide.

You will be responsible for negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, including franchise, employment, TMT and software licensing agreements.

Essential Skills


  • Must be between 4 PQE +
  • Ideally be UK qualified
  • Must have experience gained from working at a leading in-house organisation
  • Must have corporate/commercial experience
  • Must have experience reviewing and drafting franchise agreements
  • Ideally have TMT or software licencing experience
