Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen within a Local Authority in East Anglia.

The contract is ideally to start ASAP for a minimum period of 3 months and there is a strong chance that it could be extended.

You will be managing a caseload of commercial property matters to include dealing with complex agreements and drafting appropriate conveyancing documents for a wide range of property transactions including leases.

On offer is an hourly rate of £35 to £40 dependent upon experience. Additionally, although the client is ideally looking to secure a candidate on a full-time basis, there is the potential for flexibility in terms of working hours and homeworking.
